For our unique location in Rotterdam, we are looking for an experienced and guest\-focused Senior Front Office Associate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you know exactly how to combine a warm welcome with professional service. Thanks to your hospitality experience, preferably within a hotel environment, you ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

To deliver this exceptional experience every day, we are looking for a Senior Front Office Associate who brings professionalism, composure, and outstanding hospitality.

What Will You Do?

As a Senior Front Office Associate, you are the face of Celest. You ensure a warm and professional welcome for our guests, maintain high service standards, and support your colleagues with your knowledge and experience. While this is not a managerial position, you will serve as an important role model within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and hospitable manner;

· Handling reservations and guest requests through the reservation system;

· Issuing and validating admission tickets;

· Answering guest inquiries both by phone and in person;

· Processing payments and administrative tasks through the POS system;

· Independently resolving guest concerns, complaints, and special requests;

· Maintaining service excellence and quality standards within the Front Office;

· Ensuring a professional and well\-presented reception and retail area.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences. You are independent, service\-oriented, and able to maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods.

In addition, you have:

· MBO\-level working and thinking ability (or equivalent);

· Preferably a qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field;

· A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience within the hospitality industry;

· Previous experience in a hotel environment is a strong advantage;

· Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

· A professional and presentable appearance;

· A proactive and solution\-oriented mindset;

· Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
