You will serve as a senior key person within our Front Arena team, responsible for implementing new structured products across the value chain from front office (Sales \& Trading) to mid\-office functions, ensuring accurate product representation and comprehensive lifecycle management.
YOUR CHALLENGE
------------------

• Customise and extend the Front Arena platform to deliver new risk and valuation capabilities


• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back\-office ecosystems


• Ensure end\-to\-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime


• Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems (pricing, market data, risk engines)


• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently


• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards


• Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience


• Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework


• Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

• 10\+ years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, mid\-office, valuation, and risk


• 8\+ years of hands\-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all three required)


• Solid understanding of capital markets , particularly structured products and equity derivatives


• In\-depth knowledge of financial product lifecycles (e.g., cash flows, corporate actions, expiries)


• Practical experience with Front Arena data models, workflows, and component interactions


• Experience working in agile teams using tools such as Git or Bitbucket


• Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders


• Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically


• Willingness to work on public Swiss/Zurich holidays where foreign markets are open (e.g. Aug 1st)
