You’ll join our FP&A France team, at the heart of strategic decision-making. The team’s mission is to:

As our new Senior FP&A Reporting, Forecasting & Transformation you will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work closely with Accounting, Cash, Group Finance, and business leaders. This is a highly visible role with exposure to C‑level stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
<h2>🎯 Your Mission</h2>
Your mission is to provide reliable, insightful, and actionable financial steering across Wakam's French perimeter, while contributing to the transformation of the FP&A function.
You will be a key contributor to monthly reporting, quarterly closings, budgets, and forecasts, with a particular focus on multi-entity consolidation, Balance Sheet and Cash forecasting, and the professionalization of our tools and processes, including acting as Product Owner of Pigment for the entire Wakam scope.
<h3>Multi-Entity Consolidation, Balance Sheet & Cash Forecasting</h3>
You will:
<ul>
<li>Centralize, review, and consolidate financial data from various stakeholders for the French entities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Plan & operational KPIs).</li>
<li>Produce consolidated analyses in coordination with the team and propose optimization levers.</li>
<li>Build and maintain forward-looking Balance Sheet projections across the French entities, modelling key drivers (technical reserves, receivables/payables, intragroup positions, equity movements) and ensuring consistency with P&L and operational assumptions.</li>
<li>Steer multi-entity Cash Forecasts (short and medium term) across the French perimeter, anticipating liquidity needs, intragroup flows, and funding requirements.</li>
<li>Run scenario analyses and sensitivity testing on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash trajectories, in support of strategic decision-making and Group Finance discussions.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and financial reporting processes to enhance quality, speed, and reliability.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Continuous Improvement & Tools</h3>
You will be a driver of the FP&A function's transformation, in close coordination with the broader Finance Transformation roadmap. Concretely, you will:
<ul>
<li>Lead and co-steer transformation initiatives to professionalize and scale the controlling function (reporting, closing, planning, forecasting), in close partnership with Finance Transformation, Data, and IT — ensuring alignment of roadmaps, deployments, tools, data models, and business needs.</li>
<li>Act as the Product Owner of Pigment for the entire Wakam scope — owning the vision, roadmap, backlog, model design, deployment, adoption, and editor relationship across FP&A, Accounting, Cash, Group Finance, and business stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as a business owner of the wider FP&A tooling stack (AI, Sage etc.), leveraging it to industrialize processes, eliminate manual work, and unlock new analytical capabilities.</li>
<li>Identify and prioritize automation & AI opportunities (variance commentary, scenario modelling, consolidation, management reporting) and turn them into concrete, measurable wins.</li>

<h2>🧠 What You Bring</h2>
You bring a strong financial and analytical toolkit, ideally in a multi-entity or group context:
<ul>
<li>Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, controlling, or similar roles, preferably at group or multi-entity level.</li>
<li>Solid experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Proven ability to consolidate and interpret complex financial data, turning it into clear insights and recommendations.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and strong command of financial tools and systems.</li>
<li>Experience with Pigment is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.</li>
