<h4>What you will do</h4>
You will join as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for People & Talent, focused on transforming our internal operations. You will be at the forefront of using AI to solve complex business problems, optimize workflows with AI agents, design and build integrations for business scalability. This is a future-proof role where you will build innovative solutions and have a direct impact on how our business operates as a key part of a new, decentralized team of AI specialists.

You'll join the P&T Strategy & AI Transformation team - a small, fast-moving team inside People & Talent with a clear mandate: build and operate AI-native workflows across the full employee lifecycle.
Your key collaborators:

<li>Director, P&T Strategy & AI Transformation: your manager. Sets the strategic direction and gets concepts to prototype stage. You own the how.</li>
<li>HR Project Manager: your delivery partner. Coordinates across the function and keeps projects on track. You manage technical dependencies and flag risks together.</li>
<li>Enterprise Architect: your advisor on company wide architecture, standards and AI rollout.</li>
<li>AI Solution Engineers: your advisor on integration design, technical frameworks & data governance. </li>
<li>P&T Domain Leads: the owners of the processes you'll be building on across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and People Operations.</li>
