Your Responsibilities

• Strategic finance business partnering for Global R\&D in the OSTE region


• Delivery of in\-depth financial analyses and strategic insights to support prioritization of the R\&D investment portfolio


• Ensuring execution of prioritized R\&D projects on time and within budget from a financial perspective


• Full responsibility for R\&D cost tracking, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the technology organization


• Design and implementation of standardized regional and global R\&D reporting and analysis frameworks


• Conducting monthly financial performance reviews with functional stakeholders and leadership teams


• Providing budgeting, forecasting, and financial guidance to business unit leaders to support decision\-making


• Development and provision of analytical tools to evaluate business scenarios, define KPIs, and track performance deviations


• Financial support to PMO and Project Review Boards, including evaluation of project performance and investment cases


• Continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes in a complex, multinational matrix organization


• Strengthening financial governance and supporting senior management in achieving strategic and financial objectives


• Cross\-functional collaboration with regional and global finance teams, PMO, and leadership to drive performance and resolve issues

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) strongly preferred


• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance, ideally within a large, global, matrix\-structured organization


• Strong financial expertise combined with solid business acumen and strategic thinking capability


• Proven experience in financial planning \& analysis (FP\&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting


• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels


• Proven track record of cross\-functional collaboration and influencing decision\-making


• High level of initiative with a proactive, solution\-oriented, and process improvement mindset


• Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem\-solving skills with a strategic perspective


• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast\-paced and evolving environment


• Experience in driving change, improving processes, and implementing new financial frameworks
