We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems \& Process Analyst who will lead the optimisation of our finance systems, ensuring they support accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes across the organisation. Someone who naturally spots opportunities for improvement and enjoys working with both technical teams and finance colleagues to deliver meaningful change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading system and process improvement initiatives across the Finance function, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance financial workflows.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for Finance systems (e.g., ERP, reporting tools), overseeing configuration, upgrades and integrations.

- Working closely with Finance, IT and wider business teams to ensure system design meets operational and commercial needs.
- Ensuring strong financial controls, data integrity and compliance are embedded across all system\-driven processes.
- Supporting change management activities, including training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
