Senior Finance Business Partner
We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner into a newly created and highly visible role.

You'll also take on a leadership remit, supporting the development of a high-performing commercial team while contributing at a senior level within the wider finance function.
Description
- Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and strategic guidance on performance and growth opportunities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Support and influence commercial decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability initiatives
- Deliver robust financial modelling, analysis and performance reporting to inform business planning
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple business areas
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams
- Contribute to key projects, change initiatives and the evolution of the commercial finance function
We're looking for a commercially minded finance leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven background in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within complex organisations
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capabilities
- Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and constructively challenge leadership
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Competitive salary ranging from £85,000 to £92,000 per annum.
