Lead Facilities Excellence for a Premier Corporate PortfolioJoin JLL's Integrated Facilities Management team as Senior Facilities Manager on one of our most prestigious client accounts. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high\-profile office environment, lead service delivery at a senior level, and make a visible impact on how a leading organization experiences their workplace every day.
You'll work embedded within the client organization, building trusted relationships at all levels while managing budgets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence across the portfolio. If you're a seasoned FM professional ready to step into a strategic, client\-facing leadership role, this is your chance to shine.
What You'll DoStrategic Site Leadership
Take full operational accountability for facility management across your assigned portfolio. Develop and implement the Building Operation Plan, ensuring every aspect of the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while exceeding client expectations.
Client Partnership
Serve as the primary FM point of contact for client leadership and staff. Build strong, trusted relationships through regular engagement, proactive communication, and responsive service delivery. You'll understand their needs deeply and anticipate challenges before they arise.
Budget \& Financial Management
Work with the Financial Manager to prepare and manage site budgets, ensuring financial compliance while identifying and delivering agreed cost savings. You'll control procurement, approve purchases, and ensure every pound delivers maximum value.
Vendor \& Contractor Management
Act as the primary contact for all contractors and service providers at your sites. Competitively bid contracts, manage vendor relationships, and integrate suppliers into the client culture so they deliver as an extension of your team.
Service Delivery Excellence
Oversee maintenance, upkeep, inspections, and all hard and soft services. Ensure compliance with Health \& Safety requirements, statutory obligations, and operating procedures while continuously refining service standards.
Projects \& Improvements
Identify and lead projects that enhance the value and functionality of the buildings. From refurbishments to equipment upgrades, you'll justify investments, coordinate delivery, and demonstrate measurable improvements to the client.
Team Leadership
Manage, develop, and inspire your team of 10\+ direct reports plus extended contractor personnel. Foster a collaborative culture where multifunctional teams work together seamlessly to deliver exceptional results.
Stakeholder Management
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes including client management at all levels, works councils, internal JLL teams, and partner companies. Your interpersonal skills and professionalism will be essential to success.
Essential Experience \& Skills:
Proven track record in facilities management across at least two different client sites
Experience managing larger teams (10\+ direct reports) with demonstrated leadership capability
Strong client relationship management skills with ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels
Budget ownership experience including planning, monitoring, and delivering cost efficiencies
Excellent stakeholder management across diverse groups (client leadership, works councils, JLL teams, vendors)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to train and guide multifunctional teams
Refurbishment experience, particularly with older or heritage buildings
Fluent English plus local language proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with FM systems and technology
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
