This is a high</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">impact role responsible for owning the end</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">to</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">end coordination/facilitation of the executive level hiring process and searches, ensuring a seamless, white</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">glove candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role goes far beyond scheduling. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive recruiters and business leaders, operating with discretion, urgency, and exceptional attention to detail. Based in our New York office, this role works closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition and senior executives on priority hires and strategic recruiting initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage complex, high</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">volume executive scheduling, partnering closely with executive assistants, senior leaders, and recruiters</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in sensitive, high</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">visibility searches</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify opportunities to improve executive hiring workflows and lead process enhancements in partnership with TA leadership</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Be the liaison of coordination between not only the mentioned internal stake holders but also executive search firm partners</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse and GoodTime experience a plus)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Who You Are</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or executive recruiting operations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience supporting VP+ or executive</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">level hiring in a fast</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and problem</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">solving skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and executive assistants</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. </span> All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
