Senior Event Sales Coordinator (Business Development)
Seeking an experienced event industry professional to help grow the client base and to administrate bookings for an event entertainment agency with a focus on corporate clients, UHNWI and luxury venues. The Founder runs this London based business alongside their established business in the health and wellbeing sector. They are looking for someone well spoken, well presented, confident, enthusiastic, self\-motivated and extremely organised, who can help them to re\-build this event entertainment agency back up to pre\-pandemic levels.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in event sales, with existing relationships with corporate buyers, freelance entertainment and event agencies.
You will enjoy flexible working hours, liaising with our remote team via video conferencing platforms from your home office, collaborating with us via Slack, combined with regularly working alongside the Founder in North London and Central London, and periodically attending in person events.
This is an enormous opportunity to take ownership of the sales processes and all aspects of events management, growing your events career with an extremely competitive hourly rate of £25 per hour (the full time equivalent of £25 p/h is £52,000 per annum).
It is a self employed position, for up to 10 hours a week for now. After your first ten successfully completed events, you will start to earn commission in addition to your £25 p/h rate, for every additional event booking you bring in and successfully manage from start to finish.

Polished customer\-facing communication. You are confident on calls with CEOs, senior buyers and all agency contacts, fluent in business level English language, with impeccably clear and professional spoken and written communication.

A calm, polite, can\-do attitude, especially when under pressure.
Pride in your work, and care that the collaborative process is great for everyone, that the delivery of entertainment on the day of the event is successful, and ultimately the client feedback is both excellent and highly complementary.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Sell, coordinate, and deliver event entertainment
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, bookings, and setup
- Build relationships with our team, suppliers and customers
- Monitor processes, outcomes, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements, insurance requirements, risk assessments, GDPR, HMRC, terms \& conditions, and other regulatory requirements
- Co\-ordinate multiple online listings and online calendars using Google Calendar
- Maintain accurate records and keep online storage organised according to established protocols
- Utilise online software and platforms including Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Calendar, WIX, Stripe and Dropbox
