Duties of an Senior Estate Agent will Include
- Registering and matching buyers to available properties
- Arranging and carrying out residential property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Identifying opportunities to win new business and valuations
- Maintaining high levels of customer service throughout the process
- Working towards individual and branch targets
- Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and confident approach
- Ability to work well in a target-driven environment
- Good local knowledge of Surrey would be beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- £27,500 basic salary
