Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Development and design of leadframe\-based semiconductor packages and modules
- Creation of technical package and material CAD drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Maintenance and administration of design data in SAP DMS and the Product Master Data application
- Support of change projects for packages and modules
- Close collaboration with global and cross\-functional teams to create general package designs and design methodologies
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field
- First experience in the mechanical design of semiconductor packages or modules
- Sound knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Expertise in mechanical design standards (GD\&T)
- Knowledge of design data and drawing management in SAP as well as semiconductor packaging, assembly and test technology processes
- Strong communication skills and problem\-solving abilities
- Fluent in German and English
