International Product Support is the team that steps in to put things right. We undertake the timely analysis of potential product defects coming from Technical Support teams or from hands\-on experience. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of technical support for our products and work closely with Engineering teams to resolve those problems that are possible product defects. You will work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality teams, and technology partners to improve product quality, accelerate issue resolution, and enhance the customer experience.You will:\- Investigate hardware, software, and networking failures across AI solutions and PowerEdge Server platforms in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Support teams.\- Lead and drive resolution of complex technical issues with global Technical Support teams, technology partners, and customers.\- Represent the voice of the customer in engineering corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.\- Characterize, validate, and identify field\-reported defects while working closely with developers, vendors, and to the table.
