<p>We are looking for a Senior AI Systems & Applications Engineer to turn advanced AI into reliable, secure and scalable software applications to solve high value problems for engineers working in a highly controlled environment. You will bridge software architecture, applied AI and product delivery to support successful application delivery</p>
<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>
<p>You will own the application layer connecting AI models, internal data, domain tools and expert users, turning AI capabilities into software applications</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and enhance AI-enabled workflow automation, and decision-support applications for technical users.</li>
<li>Design and deploy workflows and secure model orchestration.</li>
<li>Ground AI systems in data schemas, constraints and feedback loops.</li>
<li>Develop scalable backend services, APIs (batched and events processing), data pipelines, and deployment patterns for production AI applications.</li>
<li>Apply secure software patterns for IP-sensitive environments, including controlled access, auditability, data minimization and policy-aware retrieval.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software engineering, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.</li>
<li>6+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML software products in R&D & engineering or relevant domains</li>
<li>Have successfully built adopted applications using SoTA agent orchestration and harness engineering frameworks</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, and other relevant languages</li>
<li>Experienced in local AI inference & quantization architecture</li>
<li>Strong software engineering capability across front end and backend services pipelines for AI agent applications</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with LLM systems (open and closed models), agentic AI tools and methods – harness engineering</li>
<li>Experienced with production hybrid AI infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization and MLOps ( Mflow, Kubeflow).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of AI engineering security frameworks and applications</li>
</ul>
