<p>Duties: Architect software systems supporting the CoreWeave Cloud Platform. Lead <span class="hljs-keyword">new</span> product engineering initiatives. Write software tests. Perform code quality reviews. Mentor junior engineers. Write technical documentation. Create architectural diagrams. Translate product requirements <span class="hljs-keyword">into</span> units of engineering work.</p>
<p>Telecommuting permitted <span class="hljs-number">20</span>% of the time: work may be performed within normal commuting distance <span class="hljs-keyword">from</span> the CoreWeave office <span class="hljs-keyword">in</span> New York, NY.</p>

<p><span class="hljs-function">Job Requirements: Bachelor's/US <span class="hljs-keyword">or</span> Foreign Equivalent <span class="hljs-keyword">in</span> Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Software Engineering, <span class="hljs-keyword">or</span> related field <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> <span class="hljs-title">eight</span> (<span class="hljs-params"><span class="hljs-number">8</span></span>) years of experience <span class="hljs-keyword">in</span> Software Engineering. Must have <span class="hljs-title">seven</span> (<span class="hljs-params"><span class="hljs-number">7</span></span>) years of experience <span class="hljs-keyword">with</span> writing software unit tests, integration tests, <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> end-to-end tests. Must have <span class="hljs-title">five</span> (<span class="hljs-params"><span class="hljs-number">5</span></span>) years of experience <span class="hljs-keyword">with</span> writing maintainable code <span class="hljs-keyword">with</span> Python <span class="hljs-keyword">or</span> Go</span>; mentoring junior engineers; leading product engineering initiatives; writing technical specifications <span class="hljs-keyword">for</span> distributed systems; proficiency <span class="hljs-keyword">in</span> designing <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> implementing high performance APIs <span class="hljs-keyword">using</span> gRPC <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> Protocol Buffers; <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> extensive experience <span class="hljs-keyword">in</span> developing, deploying, <span class="hljs-keyword">and</span> managing applications <span class="hljs-keyword">on</span> a Kubernetes platform.</p>
