This is a high impact opportunity to shape and lead complex analytics consulting engagements within a growing advisory capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across financial services, helping organisations unlock commercial value through data driven decision making while building a scalable consulting practice.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Engagement Partner, you will lead end to end analytics consulting engagements, combining client leadership with hands on delivery oversight and commercial ownership.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, guiding decision making and building trusted partnerships.


• Own delivery from problem definition through to measurable business outcomes.


• Lead multi workstream programmes, coordinating cross functional and global teams.


• Drive business development activities including proposals, pitches and account growth.


• Shape analytics solutions across modelling, experimentation, data extraction and visualization.


• Translate analytical insights into commercial outcomes across areas such as risk, pricing, fraud and customer strategy.


• Develop consulting frameworks, reusable assets and delivery playbooks.


• Support the growth of the consulting practice through hiring, mentoring and capability building.

The successful Senior Engagement Partner will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience within analytics consulting, ideally within banking, fintech or payments.


• Proven ability to lead complex programmes and influence senior stakeholders.


• Experience delivering data driven solutions that drive measurable business impact.


• Solid understanding of credit risk, portfolio management or regulatory environments.


• Experience working with analytics tools and modern data stacks such as SQL, Python or cloud platforms.


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with executive level audiences.


• Commercial acumen with experience contributing to revenue growth and pipeline development.


• Experience operating within global delivery environments is advantageous.

The successful Senior Engagement Partner will receive the following benefits:

• Salary between £100,000 - £120,000 - depending on experience
