Job Description

You will lead electrical utilities engineering activities supporting a major nuclear construction programme.
The role combines technical leadership, contractor management and electrical infrastructure assurance.
- Lead delivery of electrical utilities support across major construction activities
️Ensure statutory, regulatory and site electrical compliance requirements are achieved
Manage relationships with service partners promoting collaborative project delivery
Develop plans supporting reliable electrical service delivery across the project
Monitor contractor competence and escalate capability gaps where required
- ️Support procurement activities through technical specifications and design reviews
Oversee HV and LV electrical infrastructure performance and safety compliance
Champion continuous improvement across electrical engineering and contractor performance
My profile

Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering discipline
- Strong experience managing HV and LV electrical systems and infrastructure
Understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 standards
️Experience delivering engineering services on large\-scale infrastructure projects
️Background working within high\-security or highly regulated environments
Leadership experience managing service delivery and contractor performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams
Experience developing budgets and managing operational performance desirable
IOSH accreditation and Behavioural Safety Programme certification advantageous
