This role combines strategic responsibility and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end webshop performance across international markets, optimize the entire customer journey, and continuously unlock new revenue and monetization opportunities. You think in impact, scalability, and unit economics – not tasks. You combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and actively leverage AI to drive efficiency and growth.<br><br></span>This position is based in our Headquarter in Hamburg but can be done mostly remote within Germany. You need to bring a flexiblity to work from the HQ on a regular basis (1x/month).</p>

<li data-section-id="1cwkga7" data-start="243" data-end="383">You take full responsibility for the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, optimizing the entire customer journey from first touch to conversion</li>
<li data-section-id="cqjxfu" data-start="384" data-end="491">You manage and execute onsite campaigns, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives across all markets</li>
<li data-section-id="1xkkxir" data-start="492" data-end="602">You continuously improve UX, conversion paths, and overall webshop performance to maximize business impact</li>
<li data-section-id="fh8ozq" data-start="603" data-end="722">You own and evolve our Shopify ecosystem (Markets, themes, apps, integrations) to ensure scalability and efficiency</li>
<li data-section-id="12olxyy" data-start="723" data-end="844">You lead the creation and management of localized webshop content, ensuring market-specific relevance and consistency</li>
<li data-section-id="o8qstz" data-start="845" data-end="989">You track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (e.g. conversion rate, AOV, CLV, CAC, retention) and derive actionable insights</li>
<li data-section-id="hgysxq" data-start="990" data-end="1095">You identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact growth levers based on data and customer behavior</li>
<li data-section-id="ku9eje" data-start="1096" data-end="1287" data-is-last-node="">You collaborate closely with CRO, Brand, Creative, and Performance teams to run experiments, validate hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements through testing and AI-powered automation </li>

<li data-section-id="1exbaro" data-start="0" data-end="107">You bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with clear ownership of revenue and business performance</li>
<li data-section-id="n6ak46" data-start="108" data-end="205">You have strong experience in international D2C environments, ideally across multiple markets</li>
<li data-section-id="si0n4d" data-start="206" data-end="353">You possess deep expertise in Shopify, including Shopify Markets, internationalization, apps, analytics, theme customization, and landing pages</li>
<li data-section-id="gsub9w" data-start="354" data-end="445">You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates</li>
<li data-section-id="1w5vvqh" data-start="446" data-end="539">You demonstrate a strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics and key value drivers</li>
<li data-section-id="k937rx" data-start="540" data-end="640">You have a highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making</li>
