About the Role
You will step into a global consumer products environment where licensed brands need a stronger and more structured online presence. The key challenge is to create a controlled, scalable setup for e-commerce and marketplaces so external licensees can sell effectively without compromising the brand experience.
In this role, you will connect strategy with execution. You will assess the current online go-to-market landscape, define the right setup for each brand, and turn recommendations into practical solutions across marketplaces, branded stores and digital governance. You will work closely with stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Digital, E-com, IT and Sales to create clear ownership, access models and ways of working.

Job DescriptionYou will map the current online go-to-market setup for licensed brands and identify opportunities, risks and structural constraints.
You will evaluate business models, channels and partner types to separate real opportunities from noise.
You will define the preferred online setup for each brand and present clear, actionable recommendations.
You will align key stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Digital, E-com, IT and Sales on roles, responsibilities and governance.
You will lead practical implementation by setting up marketplace accounts, building brand stores and establishing operational structures.
You will onboard licensees and enable them to sell within a controlled brand environment with the right access and permissions.
You will create and maintain a structured repository for logins, credentials, permissions, process documentation and handover materials.
You will improve licensee-operated branded websites and establish governance for traffic routing from official brand domains.
You will secure a solid handover so the setup can continue smoothly in ongoing operations.
RequirementsYou have 5–10 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or brand licensing.
You have a solid understanding of how marketplaces work.
You have experience maintaining brand consistency across digital channels and marketplaces.
You have proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
You are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, from defining the plan to executing it yourself.
You have a structured way of working and strong operational discipline.
You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital/E-commerce, IT or equivalent experience.
You are fluent in English.
Nice to haveAmazon experience.
Experience from the US market.
Experience with platforms such as Walmart or Home Depot.
A startup or entrepreneurial background.
Swedish language skills.
