We are passionate about innovation and developing technology solutions that create real business impact. We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service \& Unified Service Desk (USD) Developer to join an international project team.

What You'll Do
------------------

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.


• Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.


• Develop custom hosted controls using C\#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript.


• Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD.


• Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities.


• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end\-to\-end solutions.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.


• Hands\-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD).


• Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.


• Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations.


• Strong C\#/.NET (WPF) development skills.


• JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments.

• XAML and advanced WPF knowledge.


• Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365\.


• Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace.


• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
