Senior Director Strategy, CDI

Purpose

The Senior Director Strategy steps into a key leadership role at the heart of Care Delivery International, driving business strategy development and execution to improve patient care and quality of life. You will act as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team, work with cross\-functional teams across the organization and drive innovation to create value for long term success. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your expertise to new and complex challenges to create lasting impact.

He/she reports to the CDI Vice President Strategy and Marketing.

What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate the development of the mid\- and long\-term business strategy for Care Delivery International


• Drive and contribute to shaping CDI’s strategic planning across international markets, translating insights into actionable plans


• Identify new growth opportunities and business models for sustainable, profitable growth and drive innovation based on strategic market intelligence and closely collaborating with country teams, corporate functions as well as external stakeholders


• Ensure the integration of cross\-disciplinary expertise into innovative solutions and new business opportunities to ensure a broad view


• Perform analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations to guide strategic decision\-making


• Lead projects and drive execution, ensuring a balance between delegation and hands\-on involvement, and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities, defined impact and timelines


• Ensure performance monitoring and regular reporting to stakeholders


• Act as a trusted advisor to the CDI Leadership Team, contributing to and influencing strategic discussions at country, regional and international level; Align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies, managing differing perspectives to support business priorities


• Drive selected CDI\-level strategic initiatives from ideation to piloting and scaling, with a focus on value creation and new business opportunities


• Lead the Strategy team and manage a team of project managers; Develop team talents, provide direction and foster a culture of learning and excellence

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field incl. business/management, economics, master's degree or MBA is preferred


• 10 years\+ experience in consulting, ideally within the healthcare industry and in an international, matrixed environment


• Excellent analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment


• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging accordingly


• Leadership experience, with a strong commitment to people development


• Fluent written and oral language skills in English


• Readiness for international travel
