How you will contribute
- Creation oftheEuropean basedInternational Customer \&Retail Allianceengagementstrategytogetherwith lead countries
- Negotiation of theEuropean basedInternational Customer \&Retail Alliance contracts
- Ensureand track in marketactivation of initiatives agreedwithintheInternational Customer \&Retail Alliance agreement
- Coordination and communication ofInternational Customer \&Retail Alliance negotiations with relevant market teams to ensure consistent strategy,messagingand behaviour
- Regular updates oninternationalnegotiations strategy and status to the Mondelez Europe Leadership Team
- Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of theInternational Customer \& Retail Alliancerelationship and the impact of the above activities
- Development ofnewapproachesto international customer engagement
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of international Account Managersand theirrespective teams
- Member of the Mondelez Europe Central Sales Leadership Team
- Supportdevelopment ofretailer data strategy and playbook(e.g.CarrefourLinks andDatashopper)
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 10\+ years professional Sales experience in FMCG International Company
- In depth knowledge of European / International Trade environment and commercial leverages
- Customer Engagement:very experiencedin building strong customer connections, proficient understandingof Joint Business Planningand how toconvert integrated commercial plansintotriple win(customer, shopper, supplier)joint value creationand measurable in\-market results
- Negotiation:highly skillednegotiatorwith proventrack recordoftradespendeffectivenessmanagement and optimization
- Revenue Management: Several years’ experiencegrowingvolume, net revenues,profitandmarketsharesforglobaland local categories
- People Leadership:Proventrack recordof successfulpeople leadershipand developmentat senior levels, ideally remotely across different geographies
- Political and Interpersonal Savvy:stronginfluencing \& communication skills combined with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent English skills are a must
