What You’ll Do

You will report to the VP, Head of Market Access, International and work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial International, and Launch Excellence colleagues across BridgeBio’s international markets, to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients globally.

Your primary purpose will be to lead the international HEOR strategy, generating and leveraging health economic and outcomes research evidence to secure timely, sustainable patient access to the company’s products. This includes oversight of HTA submissions, value dossiers, and real-world evidence studies across multiple international markets. In this role you ensure alignment of HEOR priorities with clinical value, launch timelines, and market access strategy.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research across several international markets and experience supporting the introduction of innovative therapies in a global biotech environment. You are eager to make a meaningful contribution in pre-launch and launch phases, particularly within rare diseases and orphan conditions, and bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the international HEOR strategy, ensuring alignment with market access and launch objectives across BridgeBio's therapeutic areas

Design and oversee non-interventional studies, including registries and real-world evidence generation, from protocol development through publication

Lead early payer engagement with key HTA/payer bodies (e.g. NICE UK, G-BA Germany, HAS France) to inform evidence generation strategy and reimbursement dossier development

Closely collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial colleagues to ensure value and access optimization across international launches

Provide health economic modeling and outcomes research expertise to support pricing and reimbursement strategy

Manage external vendors, budgets, and contracts for HEOR studies, ensuring rigorous project management across competing deadlines

Where You’ll Work

This is an office role based in our Zug Office, requiring in-office presence, with approximately 10% travel to support HTA engagements and stakeholder meetings across international markets.

Who You Are

Graduate degree in health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or another research-focused public health field (PhD preferred); 9+ years of experience with an MSc/MPH, or 7+ years with a PhD, in HEOR or related fields

Extensive experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across multiple international markets, ideally including Europe, particularly in rare diseases and orphan conditions

Direct experience engaging with HTA organizations such as NICE, CADTH, PBAC, HAS, IQWiG/G-BA, and ICER

Demonstrated in-depth understanding of health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, and real-world evidence studies, including registries and observational study design, implementation, analysis, and interpretation

Capable of independently managing complex, multicultural, cross-functional teams and non-interventional study projects on an international basis

Strong project management abilities, including contracting, budgeting, and vendor management, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities

Comfortably influencing senior stakeholders across medical, clinical, and commercial teams, and operating effectively within a matrix organization

International mobility and willingness to travel internationally, approximately 10% of time
