<p>The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p><u>External facing responsibilities:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Consulting with clients to identify business problems / opportunities and develop practical analytics roadmaps to make measurable impact on business outcomes.</li>
<li>Lead the consumer segmentation and audience identification processes.</li>
<li>Become a trusted advisor to client leads and senior clients and consult on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics</li>
<li>Share POVs regarding industry changes in the data and analytics space (future of measurement, new data solutions like clean rooms, attention measurement, etc.)</li>
<li>Leading the development and execution of the measurement plan and revisiting the plan on an ongoing basis to revise it based on your most recent learnings.</li>
<li>Distilling complex concepts and analytic solutions into a compelling data story with actionable conclusions to support decision making.</li>
<li>Identifying growth opportunities at the brand and portfolio level innovation and the adoption of new analytics technologies.</li>
<li>Investigating the impact of new data sources and technologies on the future of marketing and the vertical our brands are operating.</li>
<li>Providing ad hoc support to the clients to solve broad strategic marketing problems.</li>
<li>Leading and mentoring direct reports: Continually assess capabilities, provide a roadmap for career growth and institute goals to build / expand skills.</li>

<p><u>Internal facing responsibilities:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization.</li>
<li>Recruit new talent.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor direct reports: continually assess capabilities, provide a roadmap for career growth and institute goals to build / expand skills.</li>
<li>Keep in front of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Skills</h2>
<ul>
<li>Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1^st and 3^rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user level data).</li>
<li>Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development.</li>
<li>Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.</li>
<li>Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic &amp; operational issues as relates to data and analytics. Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.</li>
<li>Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience.</li>
<li>Stellar communication and presentation skills: we need someone who is articulate, engaging and straightforward – and, above all, can effectively and convincingly translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs.</li>
<li>Ability to train and coach colleagues for growth: being organized and detail oriented, prioritizing work, business writing &amp; presenting, conducting analysis, and project management (scope, budgeting, timing).</li>
</ul>
<h2>Education and Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>A university degree and 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting</li>
<li>Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required</li>
