Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a highly autonomous practitioner with a strong technical backbone who can roll up their sleeves and audit, structure, and optimize our ecosystems without needing a long hand\-holding period. If you thrive on transforming complex, multi\-country data streams into clean, actionable growth strategies, this is your role.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Data Governance \& Analytics: Audit, structure, and scale our GTM and GA4 setups across international sites. Establish strict naming conventions and measurement frameworks to maintain data hygiene across markets.


• CRM Automation (HubSpot): Design and manage advanced B2B nurturing workflows, optimize database segmentation, and build closed\-loop pipeline attribution models.


• Performance Marketing (Paid Media): Plan and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) across multiple countries. Manage ad budgets, run continuous A/B tests, and lead and coordinate our international subsidiaries in the development and execution of their local digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategy and measurement standards.


• Reporting \& Dashboards: Connect HubSpot, GA4, and ad networks into clean dashboards (Looker Studio/BI) that provide actionable insights to corporate leadership.

What are we looking for?

• 5\+ years of experience in hands\-on Web Analytics and Performance Marketing.


• Advanced HubSpot Expertise: Practical experience in building complex workflows, custom reporting, and database cleaning is mandatory.


• Tracking Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 (debugging, custom events, variables).


• The "Order" Mindset: A proactive professional who builds structured tracking systems and clean databases rather than letting them run into chaos.


• Bilingual English \& Spanish (essential for coordinating with global subsidiaries).

Nice to have

• Prior B2B industrial or multinational corporate experience.


• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Looker Studio, or Power BI.


• Active HubSpot, GA4, or Google Ads certifications.


• Leadership \& autonomy: proven ability to propose, execute, and follow through on projects independently, including coordinating teams or stakeholders across subsidiaries.
