<p>Founded in the Netherlands 180+ years ago, the company operates in over 150 countries. The customer is a global leader in information services for health, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, finance, and legal sectors.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do </h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and resolve operational issues in line with agreed standards, always looking for smarter, AI-driven improvements and starting with the question: <em>“Why can’t we use AI here?”</em></li>
<li>The role may also include supporting DNS and WAF areas, including working with the client to review and adjust Cloudflare configurations, DNS records, WAF rules, and related security or traffic management settings</li>
<li>Work with modern DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Enterprise) and actively leverage AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and quality</li>
<li>Operate with an AI-as-DNA mindset - staying curious, integrating AI into daily workflows, and driving automation across network operations and infrastructure management</li>
<li>Own network infrastructure lifecycle activities (design, implementation, monitoring, optimization) and ensure clear reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes and deployments</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring </h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Terraform and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Azure CSP and Azure DevOps</li>
<li>Strong DNS / networking fundamentals</li>
<li>Automation and scripting expertise in Python, Bash, and PowerShell</li>
<li>Proven CI/CD pipeline ownership</li>
<li>Comfortable in multi-cloud + WAF / edge environments</li>
<li>Experience with Cloudflare or external DNS providers; Policy-as-code / governance frameworks; Multi-provider resilience patterns</li>
<li>Exposure to Observability; Identity-driven/zero trust concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI to enhance engineering efficiency and innovation</li>
<li>Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities</li>
<li>Strong aptitude for technology and problem-solving</li>
<li>Availability to work until 6 PM CET, with occasional extended overlap with US EST working hours</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have </h3>
<ul>
<li>Cloud Networking and Core Networking experience</li>
<li>Experience with POC (Proof of Concept) Network designs</li>
</ul>
<h3>English level </h3>
