Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory \& consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.
The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML \& Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Senior Depositary Officer
Your role:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients (PE, RE, Infrastructure, Debt, FoF) and properly carry out daily depositary duties.
- Be your clients’ first point of contact.
- Ensure you always comply with regulations in force and internal procedures.
- Assist in the drafting of documents such as fee proposals, depositary agreements or operating memoranda.
- Prepare and issue different documents such as confirmations to auditors, KPI reports to clients…
- Work on new clients’ onboarding.
- Train more junior team members and supervise their work and deliverables.
- In addition to the tasks listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc work from time to time.
- Between 2 to 4 years’ experience with a Depositary; Big 4 or internal audit with specific depositary experience.
- Degree in Law/Finance.
- Have an in\-depth knowledge of recent industry developments, especially with regards to AIFMD.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible, organised and able to multitask.
- Able to work both independently and with a team.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
