Senior Delivery Consultant
The Portfolio Group are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our estalished and successful Sales Recruitment team in Manchester! This is a 180 role, focussing on delivery and stakeholder management.
We are a global firm who have been around 37 years. This role is to work with our global retained client in an RPO set up, alongside a team of 8 in total who all have a different sector focus.
The Role;
As a 180 Recruiter / Delivery Consultant, you will partner with our global client, recruiting sales professionals of all levels, with a key focus on BDM roles / senior hires.
- Client Development, Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management
- Client meetings - both in person and video
- Recruiting - Head hunting, networking & candidate process management
- Database Management
- You should be a successful Recruiter within the sales sector - either in agency or onsite
- Pace is important to us as this can be a high volume role - experience of working multiple roles is key, ideally across different locations
- Strong candidate management and process management
- Strong relationship building skills
- You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- You will be working for an established brand who have been around for 37 years
