This position is a senior, client-facing pension consultancy role in which you would manage a portfolio of existing accounts across defined contribution pension schemes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, delivering expert employee benefits consulting and broking services.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships, acting as a strategic adviser on benefits and workplace challenges.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery, providing tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling across areas such as healthcare, wellbeing, flexible benefits, international benefits, and insurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Drive commercial success by winning new business and growing existing client relationships.
- Excellent knowledge and expertise on UK Defined Contribution pension schemes
- Ability to develop client relationships effectively
- Has had experience in generating new business
