What you can expect
- You will work in an innovative and fast\-growing environment, leveraging your strong communication skills to turn data into tangible business value for the company.
- You will collaborate closely with your team and business partners in an agile setup to develop data\-driven products that solve business challenges – including building data pipelines as well as working on product, reporting, and analytics topics.
- You will design and maintain a scalable, cloud\-based data landscape that establishes a new foundation for working with data at DKV.
- You will prepare your results in a clear and understandable way and present them effectively to business stakeholders.
- You will stay open to new approaches and continuously optimize your solutions to achieve better results in terms of performance, quality, and cost.
- You hold a degree in (business) mathematics, computer science, economics, or a comparable field.
- You bring relevant professional experience in the data space, for example as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
- You have solid knowledge of SQL and Python, as well as proven experience in building cloud\-based data pipelines using tools such as Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, DBT, and Azure Data Lake.
- You have a strong interest in business contexts. You question requirements and aim to understand the context of the data and how it is ultimately used.
- You stand out through strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem\-solving abilities.
- You are proficient in English at a business fluent level and have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
