As a Senior Data Analyst, you will have genuine influence across multiple teams, shaping how data is used to drive customer growth, retention, and product performance in a highly collaborative environment.

They are a high-growth online gambling and sports betting platform backed by significant recent investment and focused on delivering an intuitive, mobile-first user experience.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to turn complex questions into actionable insights.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance.
- Partnering with Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading team.
- Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches.
- Building dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
- Supporting CRM and customer engagement strategies with data-driven insights.
- Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through analysis.
- Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The successful Senior Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong SQL and core analytical capability.
- Experience across customer, commercial, CRM, or product analytics.
- Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, retention, or lifecycle metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong BI and reporting experience.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms is advantageous.
The successful Senior Data Analyst will receive the following benefits:
- Salary between £80,000 - £90,000 - depending on experience
