<p><strong>The Role: </strong></p>
<p>We are looking to hire a <strong>Senior Data Analyst</strong> to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategy and decision-making across Forge. You will design and execute experiments, build new datasets, automate reporting, develop predictive analytics and attribution models — ultimately shaping how we measure, understand, and grow our marketplace. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and organizational impact.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Shape business strategy by using SQL, Python, and other analytics tools to analyze data, highlight opportunities, and provide insights that directly inform product and company direction.</li>
<li>Develop predictive models and forecasting tools using Python to support growth, product efficiency, and marketplace strategy leveraging internal user data and external GTM data sources.</li>
<li>Build decision-making tools by designing, maintaining, and automating datasets, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure in Snowflake, Segment, Looker, and Heap to deliver clear insights that support long-term growth strategies.</li>
<li>Automate recurring reporting and analytics processes using Python.</li>
<li>Communicate findings through clear narratives, visualizations, and presentations to senior stakeholders.</li>
<li>Improve our data infrastructure by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, consistency, and documentation, enabling scalable, accurate, and reliable analytics across Forge.</li>
<li>Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments in Launch Darkly to guide product development and measure impact.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, data science or a related field.</li>
<li>Expert-level SQL (advanced queries, optimization, and performance tuning).</li>
<li>Proficient in Python (2+ years) for data analysis, automation, visualization, and forecasting/modeling.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools, ideally Looker or Tableau, and data warehouses such as Snowflake.</li>
<li>Strong foundation in experimental design and A/B testing methodology, preferably with experience in Launch Darkly and Heap.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to develop predictive models and apply statistical analysis in a business context.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate business questions into technical analyses.</li>
<li>Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to present complex insights in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Track record of working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Physical requirements: operate a computer for 8 hours per day; give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication</li>
