Our client, a successful and expanding company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executives to join their friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years' customer service experience, managing larger customer accounts, who enjoys problem solving, working with data and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Liaise with customers, compliance schemes and third parties.
- Analyse and manipulate large volumes of data using Excel.
- Explain complex information clearly and confidently to customers.
- Develop knowledge of compliance regulations and customer industries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- 3+ years' customer service experience.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
