About the Role
Hardal is your new measurement analytics stack with server\-side, first\-party, and privacy\-focused.
We're looking for a skilled Customer Engineer to lead client success efforts, ensuring satisfaction, solving challenges, and unlocking upsell opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
This role is critical to Hardal’s growth and demands a blend of technical problem\-solving, strong client communication, and strategic thinking.
Client Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes, delivering high satisfaction and retention.
Problem\-Solving: Address client issues quickly and effectively, collaborating closely with the Product and Sales teams to find solutions.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional Hardal products, enhancing their value and driving revenue growth.
Support: Act as the first point of contact for technical and account\-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
Growth Contribution: Help shape our client success strategy and play a pivotal role in scaling operations.
Requirements for Success:
- Proven \+3 years of experience in customer success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication and client\-facing skills.
- Strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way.
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and client\-focused mindset.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience in Martech or related industries.
- Familiarity with analytics, tracking systems, or similar tools
- Collaborate with like\-minded growth\-tech junkies
