Senior Curated Platform Manager - Luxury (all genders)

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and development of the Curated Platform Luxury business in close partnership with the Luxury Category Lead, supporting the long\-term strategic vision for the category


• Identify, acquire and onboard of new partners that elevate and expand our Curated Platform assortment across key categories and brands.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury partners, acting as a trusted commercial counterpart and primary point of contact


• Lead commercial negotiations including trading terms, assortment strategy, pricing and promotional activities to deliver mutually beneficial partnerships and sustainable growth.


• Analyze performance data (sales, assortment, trends) to derive actionable insights for the Curated Platform partners while delivering BestSecret KPI’s


• Collaborate cross\-functionally (e.g., operations, marketing, planning) to drive revenue growth and operational excellence


• Take ownership of partnership performance and proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth, profit improvements and business expansion.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury industry, ideally across luxury e\-commerce marketplace or comparable commercial environment


• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering against revenue and performance targets


• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic and operational actions and a willingness to deep\-dive down on SKU level


• Strong commercial acumen with clear understanding of pricing, margin, promotional mechanics and revenue drivers


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast\-paced environment combined with attention to detail


• Proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with a hands\-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement


• Passion for luxury fashion, brands and digital ecommerce trends.
