Your responsibilities
-------------------------
- Define and implement the overall CRM communication strategy, ensuring integration with overarching C\&A campaigns, newsletters, and onsite communication
- Translate consumer engagement targets into a comprehensive multichannel campaign calendar together with marketing stakeholders and analytics
- Orchestrate campaign planning and implementation across marketing channels, sales channels, countries, and CRM platforms
- Brief and co\-create content with digital content and design teams to optimize the customer journey and deliver relevant, engaging communication
- Set clear campaign objectives, monitor performance, and generate insights to inform future activities
- Build and scale a test\-and\-learn framework with analytics to continuously improve campaign performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high\-quality and efficient campaign execution
- Work in a cross\-functional environment and act as a bridge between CRM and marketing, aligning priorities across teams and stakeholders

- Strong track record in strategic CRM campaign management, ideally in retail, fashion, or e\-commerce across multiple markets
- Proven ability to define contact strategies and translate business goals into impactful CRM campaigns
- Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys or similar tools), with a focus on strategic application
- Expertise in building multichannel campaign calendars and optimizing performance through data\-driven insights
- Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level
