YOUR IMPACT

You will focus on security technology innovation, supporting the design, development, and implementation of programs to help strengthen and improve security resilience across the firm.

You will support efforts to strengthen resilience across firm security technology, helping ensure the right processes, systems, protocols, and partnerships are in place to drive operational effectiveness. Your work will touch on areas such as data engineering and analytics, security tooling (including geospatial analytics), and enhancements to our case management system, ServiceNow.

You will contribute to projects across the security technology space, working on different aspects such as analyzing data, supporting solution development, and helping implement improvements. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Risk \& Compliance, other firm functions, and leadership, where you’ll help build alignment and keep initiatives moving forward in a decentralized environment.

You will report to the Associate Director of Security Operations \& Resilience and will be expected to take initiative, communicate clearly, and support progress across multiple workstreams while navigating ambiguity and contributing to impactful outcomes.

Your work will help strengthen how firm security operates by improving the effectiveness and resilience of our technology, processes, and tools. By supporting these efforts, you will ultimately contribute to keeping our people safe and secure across the firm.

You will be based in Lisbon, Poznan, Wroclaw or Prague as part of our Security Operations \& Resilience team.

Undergraduate and/or advanced degree; additional relevant certifications considered

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive new initiatives with limited information and oversight
