Accountabilities:

This role focuses on building and executing experimentation strategies that improve user conversion and subscription growth across digital products and customer touchpoints.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across the full conversion funnel

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized experimentation pipeline based on business impact, effort, and learning potential

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate testing ideas into high-quality experiments

  • Use analytics, customer insights, competitive research, and best practices to identify optimization opportunities

  • Monitor experiment performance, analyze results, and derive actionable recommendations for future iterations

  • Share learnings, experiment outcomes, and strategic insights transparently across teams to encourage alignment and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to long-term growth initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition, activation, and retention metrics

  • Support a culture of experimentation by helping improve testing processes, methodologies, and operational efficiency

Requirements


The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with hands-on experimentation experience and the ability to operate effectively in collaborative, fast-paced growth environments.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, website optimization, or experimentation-focused roles

  • Proven track record of designing and executing experiments that delivered measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates or revenue growth

  • Experience working in high-velocity testing environments with a focus on balancing speed, quality, and learning value

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with practical experience using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or Microsoft Power BI

  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Convert and research tools like Hotjar

  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize experiments aligned with growth objectives

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams

  • German language proficiency is a plus, particularly for understanding DACH market customer behavior
