Your seat to fill:

• Act as the financial Business Partner for the European Wholesale business, ensuring fact\-based and transparent decision\-making


• Lead budget and forecast processes for the European Wholesale business


• Report and Analyze monthly financial performance for Actuals, Forecast and Budget


• Prepare and present regular management reports, decision papers, and ad\-hoc analyses for management


• Develop business cases together with cross\-functional teams for business initiatives including post\-implementation evaluation and recommendations to the management


• Take ownership of the month\-end closing process and identify opportunities for improvements


• Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and internal controls

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in a wholesale environment


• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


• High level of ownership, proactivity, and a structured working style, with a strong attention to detail and hands on mentality


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision\-making


• Proven track record as a business partner, confidently working with non\-finance stakeholders


• Solid understanding of financial KPIs and business performance drivers


• Experience in developing business cases and investment analyses


• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an Advantage


• Fluent in English as well as German skills on a good communication Level
