You lead (sub\-)projects focused on digital transformation, organizational development, or new business models.
You analyze complex challenges, develop strategies, and implement them together with our clients.
You contribute fresh ideas, drive innovation, and sustainably strengthen our impact with clients.
You take responsibility – not only within projects but also for developing our team by coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge.
You work in interdisciplinary teams – across strategy, data, and technology – and play an active role in shaping the evolution of our consulting approaches.

Who you are
---------------
- You are a consultant through and through and have already worked successfully for several years in strategy consulting.
- Or: You have a strong affinity for digital media and experience in developing new business models, business development, and managing complex projects.
- Ideally, you have a completed master’s degree in a business, technical, or data\-related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- You bring at least three years of professional experience in consulting or media\-related industries.
- You have experience leading projects or workstreams—ideally in a digital or data\-driven environment.
- You think strategically, work analytically, and enjoy transforming complex topics into practical solutions.
- You bring ownership, a desire to shape change, and the drive to make an impact beyond project work.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, PROSCI, or Design Thinking are a plus—but not required.
- You communicate confidently in German (C1\) and English.

2 In‑depth conversation
If there is enthusiasm on both sides, you will meet with team members and or managers. We take a deeper look at your experience, ambitions, and way of collaborating, and explore together whether there is a good match with our projects and approach.
3 Case, presentation, or follow‑up conversation
Depending on the role, we may ask you to work on a short case, give a presentation, or have an additional conversation. This gives both you and us a better view of your expertise and way of thinking in practice.
4 Offer and Onboarding
If we are both keen to move forward, you will quickly receive an offer. After that, we provide a warm onboarding experience so you feel welcome from day one and quickly find your way within Highberg.
