<p><strong>JOB OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Legion Senior Consultant, you lead the evolution of our implementation methodology, learning from our experiences. This role also ensures that our Consultants are achieving a level of consulting certification that promotes the goals of our customers, as defined within a statement of work. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an individual contributor role that is focused on leading the customer to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. During implementation, you will be configuring, testing, delivering the system and supporting customer training.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES </strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Sr. Consultant Core Activities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Promote the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement approaches that support Agile standards for cloud delivery solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phases</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide configuration reviews and configuration knowledge transfers to the customer</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist customers with software testing along with roll-out activities such as data loads and system initialization </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver live customer training for areas such as training the trainer for administrators and store managers </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with the customer</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee configuration documents, tools, and methodologies including but not limited to solution blueprint, enterprise configuration worksheet, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation process</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with teams within Legion to ensure implementation timelines and support SLAs are met</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advocate customer needs within Legion to ensure the product continues to improve on behalf of your customer</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Be familiar with compliance and labor laws and how they impact customers</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Complete ongoing education to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success, including industry trends, technology, and the Legion product</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation process</li>
</ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Providing leading practices to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their Legion solution</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Actively set and manage expectations</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continually acquire knowledge about our customers and solutions to grow adoption</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable communicating in considerably demanding situations internally and externally to all levels of colleagues and peer groups in ways that support problem-solving and planning</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Consulting Practices</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Implement processes that support the efficient execution of phases within the Legion value-driven implementation methodology</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define consulting leading practices and create a strategy that may include product certification and consultant training supported by the Training &amp; Enablement Manager</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the Operations and Solution Architecture to support a </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Center of Excellence</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> designed to improve organizational performance, maintain standards for consulting, and establish a document repository, governance, and coaching space for consultants</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Understand and prevent scope creep</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Use Legion project management tools to manage configuration tasks assigned within the implementation project plan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Product Expertise</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Product expert in core Legion modules</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain core product expertise for end users and configuration</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grow product knowledge through regular release training</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate upcoming release themes and dates to the customer</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, report, and prioritize bugs &amp; enhancements</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by delighting customers </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional situational presence, relationship building, intellect, ethics, and judgment that engenders credibility and trust </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Polished English language communicator, persuasive presenter, fast on your feet, and innately organized; superb negotiation and diplomacy skills </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Workforce management planning experience in a retail environment</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience mentoring and training software implementation Consultants</span></li>
