As a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
- Process mapping and optimization, workshops, fit\-gap analysis, and swimlane process modeling
- Design of HR roles and structures, capacity planning, organizational analysis, and optimization of HR operating models and interactions
- HR system and service landscape mapping, maturity assessment, strategy and roadmap development, and vendor evaluation
- Workforce planning, people analytics, KPI definition, data flow analysis, and HR data architecture design

To be well\-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Consultant HR Transformation (f/m/d) at MHP, you bring the following qualifications:
- A completed degree and at least 2\-3 years of professional experience in HR or HR IT, ideally within a consulting environment
- Passion for end\-to\-end, integrated HR processes as well as new technologies and digitalization
- Expertise in process management as well as with Miro, Signavio, Excel or Visio
- A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams
- Start date: by arrangement – always at the beginning of a month
- Working hours: full\-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
- Employment type: permanent
- Work area: consulting
- Languages: B2 German \& English skills
- Flexibility \& willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit is required; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The procedure takes time and may affect the starting date.
