Devote Consulting is expanding its team and is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in clinical operations, data, and GxP systems (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, EDC, QMS, RIMS, LIMS).

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant at Devote Consulting, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting projects: Deliver changes in the life sciences industry focused on processes, data, and systems within R\&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs.


• Business process optimization: (Re)design and improve business workflows for greater efficiency.


• Stakeholder management: Lead project planning, change management, and delivery of compliance documentation.


• Driving project success: Ensure project progress and maintain high\-quality standards for deliverables.

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences or equivalent


• 5\+ years of experience as a consultant, business analyst, project manager, or equivalent role in regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech


• Proven analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a passion for making an impact


• Experience in creating compliance and validation documentation


• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Expertise in Clinical R\&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, eSource, RBM, EDC, QMS, LIMS, etc.) and/or medical devices
