How you’ll contribute to our success

1\. Own delivery from end to end – lead key phases of projects from planning through implementation. You’ll align on direction with senior stakeholders, but you’re accountable for keeping momentum day to day.

2\. Orchestrate cross‑functional teams – bring together IT, business operations, and external partners, building trust and influencing outcomes without relying on formal authority.

3\. Navigate complexity – manage dependencies and competing priorities, and make informed trade‑offs when the way forward isn’t immediately clear.

4\. Drive adoption – ensure new technology is understood, embraced, and embedded in how users actually work, not just successfully tested.

5\. Challenge how things are done – question existing processes, suggest better ways of working, and help raise the standard for how we deliver change.

6\. Communicate with clarity – translate complex or technical topics into clear, concise language tailored to stakeholders at all levels.

7\. Proactively manage risk – identify issues early, articulate their impact, and propose practical solutions rather than just escalating problems.

Your skills

1\. 2–5 years of experience delivering technology, IT, or change projects (corporate, consulting, or scale\-up environment)

2\. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on track with limited handholding

3\. Solid communication skills \- especially when simplifying complexity for non\-technical audiences

4\. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches \- used pragmatically, not dogmatically

5\. Exposure to IT infrastructure, applications, digital tools, or business transformation (specific domain is less important than your ability to learn)
