About the Role

At Keshav Construction Group Ltd, we believe that outstanding projects are built through precision, leadership, and operational excellence. We deliver large\-scale commercial and mixed\-use construction projects across London with a strong focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and long\-term value. We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of complex construction delivery from planning through completion.

You will not simply oversee timelines—you will drive project performance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful execution across every phase of development. You will lead project delivery while bridging communication between contractors, consultants, senior stakeholders, and commercial teams. You are the person who turns ambitious plans into successful builds while maintaining quality, budgets, and operational standards.

Why Work With Us?

The Environment:
Our London office is located in the heart of Canary Wharf, surrounded by one of the city's most dynamic business districts. We value a professional, collaborative workplace where leadership, accountability, and innovation are encouraged.

Project Ownership:
You will have a direct impact on project outcomes from day one. We trust senior leaders to make decisions, improve processes, and influence project strategy rather than simply execute instructions.

Industry Standards and Tools:
We work with modern construction planning systems, project reporting tools, procurement platforms, and digital collaboration environments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and transparently.

Growth and Leadership:
We invest in professional development through leadership training, industry conferences, certifications, and opportunities to work on increasingly complex commercial construction programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Leadership:
Lead construction projects from early planning and contractor coordination through execution, delivery, and post\-completion review while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Operational Oversight:
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards across sites.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor project coordinators, site managers, and junior operational staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project phases.

Commercial and Budget Control:
Oversee project costs, procurement activities, contract performance, and reporting to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure projects operate in accordance with UK construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and internal quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
6\+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2\+ years in a senior or leadership\-level position managing commercial or mixed\-use developments.

Project Background:
Demonstrated success delivering construction projects involving contractor management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning software, cost control systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive performance in fast\-paced project environments.

Language Skills:
Professional English communication skills are required for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contractor coordination.

Mindset:
You are highly organized, commercially aware, and solutions\-oriented. You know when to escalate risks, when to adapt strategy, and how to maintain momentum to deliver successful outcomes.

Pay: £6,500\.00\-£8,200\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
