Your next challenge:
- Support and execution of annual Reward cycles
- Contribution to Performance management cycle
- Management of benchmarking activities and salary surveys
- Update of salary ranges and pay structures
- Involvement in Pay Transparency Directive application and Gender Pay Gap analysis
- Perform job gradings and participate to the overall HR Architecture
- Support the maintenance of policies, framework and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including reportings
- Support data\-driven decision making through analysis
- Provide support and expertise to internal stakeholders on C\&B topics
- Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation \& Benefits
- Solid exposure to core C\&B topics: Reward cycles, benchmarking, job grading, etc.
- Strong analytical and data\-driven mindset, with the ability to navigate complex environments and support decision\-making through data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage several complex topics in parallel, while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic and solution\-oriented mindset
- Advanced Excel skills, with solid experience in data analysis, reporting and process optimization/automation
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way, including to senior stakeholders
- Exposure to regulated environments is a strong plus
- Fluency in English and French, any other language is considered an asset
