Senior Cloud Administrator

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• Responsible for managing cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS), ensuring its operation, stability and efficiency;


• Manage computing, networking and storage resources in cloud environments;


• Define and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform;


• Automate system deployment and configuration processes;


• Monitor the performance and availability of cloud environments;


• Provide level 2/3 technical support for cloud infrastructures;


• Document configurations, procedures and technical best practices.

Profile:

• A degree in Information Technology;


• 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in similar roles;


• Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, amongst others);


• Proven experience with Azure (VMs, Storage, VNet, amongst others);


• Solid experience with Terraform (mandatory), including state management, modules and best practices;


• Experience with code repositories and CI/CD practices;


• Knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration;


• Experience using monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and/or Azure Monitor;


• Knowledge of log management and basic alert configuration;


• Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS or EKS, even at a basic level, is an advantage);


• Experience in hybrid or multi\-cloud environments (an advantage);


• Cloud certifications (an advantage);


• Good command of English;


• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills;


• Attention to detail, proactivity and a sense of responsibility.
