The Role is to provide 1st level support on Fund Admnistration activities. To centralise, coordinate, and respond to Clients, Business Lines \& Auditors requests and contribute to improvements of the processes, procedures and operational platforms to guarantee the proper application of controls and consistently exceed client’s needs and expectations.Your role

- Collaborate with Business Implementation Team, Client Relationship Managers (CRM), Management Companies and other key stakeholders (Custody Bank, Pricing, Transfer Agent (TA)…) on Projects \& fund\-related events.
- Act as the main liaison for both external and internal Clients, as well as Auditors, regarding all Fund Administration day\-to\-day activities.
- Manage the end\-to\-end Audit process for the funds, from initial planning \& timetable, preparation and coordination of the financial statements to final approval and CSSF filling. Respond to Audit queries and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions and / or process improvement \& automation as needed.
- Support Fund Administration Operations teams and effectively manage relationships across various business lines, including CRM, Business Implementation Team, TA , Tax, and others.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset in addressing fund\-related issues, actively challenge the status quo, and contribute innovative ideas for process enhancement.
- Participate in due diligence meetings, service reviews, Client visits, and Board meetings as required.
- Monitor internal and external KPIs and take actions when needed
- Manage and resolve internal and external escalations, taking appropriate actions and escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist in the review of Operating Memorandum, Service Level Agreements, Prospectus, internal policies, procedures working instructions \& check\-list, RCSA Matrix and any other related documentation.
- Remain up to date with all internal policies and ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as back\-up of Head of Client Services and participate in the Management Committee of the Funds Accounting Unit when required

- Strong knowledge of financial products and funds regulation.
- Master's degree in Economics or Finance
- Min 10 years experience in Accounting
- Fluent in French and English
- In\-depth understanding of Fund Administration and the relationships with the different stakeholders
- Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
- Strong experience in financial reporting and audit process
- Good knowledge in foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques.
- Experience in fund events (merger, CIK/RIK, fund restructuring, etc.).
- Knowledge of Multifonds.
- Good knowledge in MS Office tool (mainly Excel).
