Role Purpose:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites. You’ll lead a team of Site Managers to maintain high standards, ensure contract compliance, and build strong client relationships while meeting financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.


• Monitor Contract Performance


• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and client meetings.


• Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.


• Drive service quality, performance, and client satisfaction.


• Lead, coach, and develop Site Managers and cleaning teams.


• Ensure compliance with Health \& Safety and company policies.


• Prepare quotations and support new contract mobilisations.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager in cleaning, FM, or similar.


• Skilled in managing multi\-site operations and teams.


• Strong client relationship, leadership, and organisational skills.


• Knowledge of Health \& Safety, COSHH, and cleaning standards.


• Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and workforce systems (e.g., Timegate).


• Industry qualifications (BICSc, IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.
