Pay.cetera is looking for a motivated (Senior) Cash Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our daily payment ecosystem. You will handle essential day\-to\-day tasks like payment approvals and account reconciliation while ensuring our product processes are meticulously documented for regulatory compliance. *This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional to grow into strategic product work as our product portfolio expands and matures*. Enjoy flexibility to work the rest of your time from home or from our Cologne (Carlswerk) office!*

Your Tasks

• You are the backbone of our daily payment operations and hold full accountability for the integrity of our end\-to\-end approval and reconciliation processes to guarantee seamless transactions


• Create and maintain detailed product and process documentation required for regulatory compliance, covering end\-to\-end workflows from customer action to merchant settlement


• Support the product team in defining compliant workflows and operational processes for new features, such as third party integrations or licensing procedures


• Design and establish professional process diagrams to provide a transparent, clear overview of technical and operational steps for stakeholders

Your Experience

• Deep understanding of modern payment infrastructures, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational financial processes


• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Business Law or similar is highly preferred


• While we will provide training, experience with SAP and Salesforce is a major plus. Familiarity with tools like Miro or Confluence is also desirable


• Business level German and English skills are required
